Delivery is by tipper truck: we need a firm, level drop point on site with no overhead power or service lines and no tipping on council land. If we cannot tip safely the mulch is refunded but the delivery fee still applies.

Aged forest mulch in 20m³, 60m³ and 120m³ lots, delivered to site by our own trucks. It is the chip off our tree removal and land clearing jobs across Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich, stockpiled and aged before it goes out, so it spreads dark and fine and does not rob nitrogen from new plantings. One phone call covers the mulch, the freight and the timing, because we run the trucks and the yard ourselves.

Standard commercial delivery covers sites within about 50km of Forest Lake: all of Brisbane’s south and south-west, Logan City from Springwood down to Jimboomba and Yarrabilba, and Ipswich City including Springfield, Ripley, Goodna, Redbank Plains and Karalee. We also run commercial loads north to the Moreton Bay region, including Bribie Island, and to the Sunshine Coast for larger projects. That is commercial volumes only; residential loads stay inside our residential delivery zones.
Site access matters more than distance. We deliver in tipper trucks, so we need a firm, level drop point with no overhead lines and no tipping onto council land. For a big site tell us where you want the stockpiles and we will put them where the loader can reach them. If a drop cannot be made safely the mulch is refunded but the delivery fee still applies, so a quick site photo before you order helps.
Chipped hardwood and mixed native and ornamental trees from our own removal, pruning and land clearing work, run through a commercial chipper and aged in the stockpile. No treated timber, no demolition material, no green waste from kerbside collections. Because the initial breakdown has already happened, it can go straight onto new plantings without the nitrogen drawdown you get from fresh chip, and it holds moisture through a Brisbane summer better than coarse bark.
Contractors sometimes ask about AS 4454, the Australian Standard for composts, soil conditioners and mulches. If your spec or your tender calls for it, ask us before you order and we will give you a straight answer about the material and a product description you can put in your submission.
Most of Brisbane’s south-west, Logan and Ipswich, and a lot of the Moreton Bay region, sits inside the fire ant biosecurity zone. There are rules about where mulch can be moved and how quickly it has to be used or managed on arrival. We move our mulch in line with the movement controls, and if your site has its own biosecurity or environmental management plan, tell us when you order so the delivery fits it. Spread or manage the material promptly after it lands.
A lot of our commercial mulch customers first met us on the clearing side. We do land clearing, forestry mulching and fire breaks and heavy tree clearing for developers and civil head contractors across SEQ, with AQF Level 5 arborists, our own excavators and chippers, and the insurances and SWMS the site needs. If your project has trees to come out and beds to be mulched later, one contractor can do both, and the chip from your own site can come back to you aged.
No. Commercial mulch is delivery only. The Ellen Grove depot is a working yard and is not open to the public or to third-party trucks.
Often within a couple of days, depending on where the fleet is. For programmed work give us your pour or planting dates and we will schedule drops to suit.
Yes for regular commercial customers. Call the office and we will set you up. One-off loads can be paid online when you order.
Yes, for commercial volumes. Moreton Bay region and Sunshine Coast runs are quoted per job because of the freight. Residential loads are not available that far north.
No. We supply one product, aged forest mulch from our own tree work, in bulk. If a job needs a decorative product on top, most landscapers use our mulch as the base layer and dress the visible edge.
Yes. A 75 to 100mm layer on batters and disturbed ground slows runoff and holds the surface while grass or planting establishes. Tell us the area and slope and we will size the loads.
